How much snow? I lived in Charlottesville for the better part of 20 years

(until 1990), and I don't recall ever losing power from an ice/snow storm, whereas almost like clockwork in the summer at the observatory from afternoon thunderstorms somewhere on the grid, but never for ice/snow storms.
